Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NameDrawWheel ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://namedrawwheel.com (the "Site").

1. Information you enter on the wheels

Names and other entries you type into a wheel are processed only inside your web browser. They are saved in your browser's local storage so that your list is still there when you return. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. You can delete them at any time by clearing the wheel or clearing your browser's site data.

If you use the Share button, your entries are placed inside the link (after the # symbol). This part of a link is not sent to our servers when the page is opened, but anyone you give the link to can see the entries.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. This information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

3. Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics services to understand how the Site is used, and we may show advertisements (for example through Google AdSense) to keep the Site free. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before they are used. See our Cookie Policyfor more details. This section will be updated with the specific providers when they are added.

4. Children

The Site is suitable for use in classrooms under the supervision of a teacher or parent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Teachers should avoid entering more personal information about students than needed, for example by using first names only.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. Because wheel entries are stored only on your device, you control them directly. For other requests, contact us at contact@namedrawwheel.com.

6. Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS and uses modern browser security protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect the Site and its users.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
